Join Abby and a cohort of seekers for this four-week long commitment to showing up and diving deep into yourself. This mentorship is geared specifically towards anyone who wants to master their empathic, energetic, and psychic abilities.

Weaving together personal experience and teachings from wisdom and spiritual traditions, Abby will share the practices that she has learned and developed for healing, empowerment, and protection.

This community mentorship experience is for anyone who wants to gain mastery their energetic and empathic tendencies, and who is craving connection to community. There is something deeply potent about what happens when we’re doing our individual spiritual work together in a safe container where you are fully supported and seen.

Community Mentorship will run once per week over the span of four weeks. Each week’s session will include yoga practice, ceremony, journaling, guided meditation, and learning around important themes that will develop empathic mastery. In between sessions, Abby will offer exercises to explore- including rituals, themes and intents to ponder.
